This is the textbook that I used for my Chem 101 and 102 classes at my undergraduate university. The book is pretty big as it is over 900 pages long and it covers a wide range of topics starting from how to make simple measurements, to different types of bonds, chemical kinetics, chemical equilibrium, organic chemistry, etc. The authors McMurry and Fay are both Cornell professors, some pretty smart dudes. There is a solutions manual that goes along with the book that I am including in with the book, that way you can use this book by yourself and when you do the homework problems you know whether you are on the right track or not. Both books are in good condition.
